Nice find Greenstripe! Old iron racers look cool regardless of discipline. :P 8)
I think the sidekick would feel very exposed as these things tear around the track!

If you want to here old racers roar into life check out this. Listen to the note and watch flames pumped out of this Big X boardtrack racer. Take a look at some of his other vids. Most of the he fires up.

Freind of mine just bought the Wayne maxwells Factory Honda 600 race bike.

it may have won the Australian 600 title this year i think.    They rebuilt the motor 4 times throughout the year as a matter of course, as parts are free.  Shes got all the trick bits on her.

This Technic Hondas a beautiful machine though.  Half his luck I recon !!!

Here is a pic of the 500 Yamaha that I built to run at the DLRA Speed Week at Lake Gardiner. It is mostly a 1978 SR500, with a few TT500 bit on the engine. Its been dyno'd at 43HP. Hopefully the lake will be dry in 2009 and it will get run.

Thanks Lozza, Its actually a S600, 1965 model.  I always thought that Max's little red car was a Sunbeam Alpne?
