Ohlins Piggyback Shocks

Hello on the off chance someone has a set of Ohlins Piggyback shocks 400mm centres they would part with.
Want to put them on my XC125 82 husky to lower it a bit.
Apparently some were produced for Suzuki's back in the day.

Yes have a set of 440mm ones on it.

You can get shorter bottom eyelits on the bottom of the shocks .
They will make the shocks shorter
Saving you buying new shocks
I think there's three diffrent lengths
I think the husky Ohlins have the long eyelits
If so it may get you closer to 400mm
Try Steve Cramer products in Melbourne he's a Ohlins dealer

i may be wrong but dont they have long eyelits because of how the shocks are  attached to swingarm?  another thing is if you shorten eyelits by 40 mm your rear wheel may hit the inner fender when shocks are fully compressed. You may be better of with a spacer inside the shocks.

Yeah that will reduce the travel an increase the spring preload. You may or may not be able to compensate for that depending on if there are any grooves left above the current setting. You would really need to remove springs from a shock fit it back on bike, compress the shock fully, factoring in some compression of the bump stop, then see how close tyre is. If there's no real gap then you would need to shorten/limit the stroke and maybe even the bodies. Kinda can get costly if you cant DIY but they are Ohlins so its worth doing i guess. If you have got some space between fender and tyre then you can get away with the simple solution of swapping the eyes for shorter ones if they are currently not already short and then not have to worry about increased spring preload and loss of stroke etc.. All the early 80's Husky ones i have had were fitted with 46.5mm eyes.

How long are the current eyes you have fitted?
