9.5mm bore front master cylinder anyone?
« on: January 08, 2016, 04:23:05 pm »
No dont be thinking silly thoughts , its not going anywhere near my 185s. Its for a  non dirt project im working on.

I am informed some of the later model mx and trials machines run a 9.5mm bore master cylinder and Im after a reasonable priced one. 12mm and 14mm wont do the job

Question 1 is what bikes use them and ...

Question 2 have you got one fo sale ?

It doesnt matter if it needs a kit

 Thanks guys.

That will be 3/8 inch Try searching ‘3/8 master cyclinder’
Have you tried universal ones from http://mcsonline.com.au
I seem to recall their ½ inch one actually has ½ cast into the alloy. They may do a 3/8 size too.
Wanted - 1978 TS185 frame or frame&motor. Frame # TS1852-24007 up to TS1852-39022

3/8 could be the ticket. Thanks walter. Magura do a 9.5  and it comes at a magura price...nice bit of kit and adjustable but its out of the budget. I checked the MCS cattledog today and they dont do smaller than 12mm
