I have striped, cleaned and rebuilt the forks on my mk7 Bultaco pursang and need to know the weight and quantity of oil (or air gap) to use. I understand people will have different preferences but I need somewhere to start from.
Cheers C

Hi Craig,
I checked the manual and it recommends SAE. 30 with 200cc per leg.
It seems thick oil compared to modern bikes, but this is how they were designed.Thin oils make them pogo sticks. This will be a good starting point for you.
