I think the seller is Reinhold Kaltenberg, check out his website at mxclassicracing.com. This guy has some seriously cool toys including GP championship winning machines such as Donny Schmidts 1992 0W250 which was a recent acquisition, I would say the Maico is legit as he describes.

I believe that's Chuck Sun's factory 83 Maico with the works Honda swingarm & linkage. Have seen pics of it years ago..
