hey anyone got any to bike trailers pictures with some good idea as in the middle of rebirthing and 8x5 bike trailer.

An overall basic design but I like the ramp which slides into location and stores securely.

I am still working on my trailer, I have put the deck down. The deck is marine plywood with a laminated grip tread. I need to get the front surround fitted (painted Yamaha yellow) put one more set of LED marker lights (same as in front of the mudguards) on the top front corners and a new set of mags. Then it is just working out how to carry the ramp, and spare wheel. I have enough room at the front of the trailer for bike stands and the ali box will hold petrol/oil, folding chairs, tie-downs and a small 2-stroke waterblaster etc.






I drew up some plans of a larger tandem covered in trailer that could carry 4/5 bikes and a small kitchenette and fold down beds for 4 people. It also had an awning that went along both sides and across the back. I designed it with a front door and back door ramp. It would be made out of polypanel which is polystyrene with alloy on both sides. The length was about 4 metres and about 2.5 metres wide.

Here is a pic of our new trailer, Its just about finnished being built in Indiana, it sleeps 6 and hauls 5 bikes!

No offense,  but I can see this is going towards a trailer queen thread.   Which is good!  I just need a price for a 3 bike trailer in SYD.  No  berths reqd.  ;)

The trailer you have purchased from the states, can you list a contact or a web address, I would like to investigate it a bit more as we are looking towards purchasing something similar. What are its advantages over the Jayco Base Station,. Dont see a lot of variety in Nth Qld and would be very intersted

I have a box trailer that doubles as a bike trailer.
The front and the back opens .
A front/rear tyre holder and a centre plank with rollers for a small tinny bolts in easily and.... It also tips for easy loading/unloading.
 No ramps required.
