Where did you find that part number?
Do you know if the shock absorber inside it is made up of rubbers like the RM or Springs like TM/TS?
Cheers

You can use the basket from the 69 TS250 Savage (21200-16400). Needs to be modified though.

Remove rivets to release from gear. Will reuse original RH gear (straight cut gears as opposed to helical on the TS). The rubber cush things are exactly the same so if you find a new TS basket, the cush rubbers will be good.
Will need to re-rivet the original gear, but before doing so, you will need to machine 7.5mm from the top of the alloy basket to match the RH.
You can also use the inner hub as well but I think 1.5mm material needs to be machined off the base (you need to check that).

Thanks Doc

so this one has rubbers inside it right?

Part # = 21200-16400
Part Description = GEAR ASSEMBLY,PRIMARY DRIVE
Model Count = 1
TS250 1969 246 TS250 SAVAGE DUAL SPORT

I have never pulled apart a later TM/TS basket but from what i can tell they are just springs, not springs and rubbers.

Ok that's good as i am looking for a rubber cush drive clutch which would allow using a non cush drive rear wheel.
