This model goes down as the hardest to jig
Previously the winner was the 73 KTM 250 which is a really tight fit but at least with the KTM it is possible to fit the pipe without removing other parts.
There was nothing I could do to get this pipe on in one simple move, kept remaking pieces to change the shape to no avail.
Pipe will now fit if the radiator bolts are removed so the rad can twist within the frame.
Is the exhaust identical to the '81 (125X), despite totally different engines (and power characteristics)?
Is there a GMC pipe in the, er, pipeline?

According to part No's the X & Z are the same, is the D the same fitment or is the pipe.muffler join in a different spot?
