Shocks on-line ??
« on: April 08, 2015, 06:58:25 pm »
I'm thinking of ordering some shocks for the pre-'78 bike online. They want to know all the distances and the weight of bike and rider etc., which makes good sense.
But I'm just wondering how good they are at getting the spring and damping rate right first time ? Has anyone done this successfully, or does it end up with having to send the springs back etc etc ?
Anyone been down this track lately ?

I ordered a set of Works Performance - they asked all the right questions - and what a difference their shock made - cannot say enough about their effort - even received a follow up call to see if I was happy.

I have a pair of YSS shocks on my Suzuki TM125. They've been on there for 7 years and I'm very happy with them.

They will bottom if I hit something too hard or too big (like racing on a modern track) but no matter what the bike will always stay straight.

The older I get, the faster I was
