VMX Issue #61 is out next week!

Yes, it's that time again.  A new issue of VMX will be published next week.  So if you want your copy as quickly as possible, there are 2 main ways to do that.

1. Subscribe.  You can do that here:  http://vmxmagshop.com.au/store/products/category/subscriptions/  But you have to do it NOW!  We will close off the subscriber's list on Monday, so if you are later than that, you will miss the main mail out.

2.  Buy it on eBay in the PRESALE.  PRESALE copies are mailed/air frieghted with the subscribers, so it's just as fast.  There are two eBay presale listings, one in AUSTRALIAN dollars:  http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/121604541346?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1558.l2649 and another in US Dollars: http://www.ebay.com/itm/VMX-Vintage-MX-amp-Dirt-Bike-AHRMA-Magazine-NEW-issue-60-/121605511806  You choose which one is best for you!

But will it arrive before Easter!!!!  Probably not to me up here in the top end, most mail is at least a week to get here, probably by camel  :-[

Yeah the downside to subscription is you get it two weeks after everyone else.

My digital edition arrived in the inbox to download today  :D. One of the more interesting editions to me for a while. Excellent. Read it almost cover to cover (screen to screen ????) already.  What do do on a rainy Easter weekend now I've read it? Clean air filters..... :o

QVMX swamp fest at Biddadabbada this weekend most probably. Track will be dust free for sure  ;D

You got that right Oldfart. Sick of fishing soggy mail from the letterbox this week. Guess the Postie must carry them in an open bag on the Honda  because I don't think my letter box leaks! Good thing VMX mag comes in a waterproof sealed brown paper wrapper....or is that the other subscription I have?

I agree - the Vehkonen story is really, really good.
(Made better by its accompanying explanation in editorial by Ken)
 
What a largely un-sung legend Vehkonen must have been.  On a turd bike.  Those were the days!
