BSA B50MX 1973
« on: March 15, 2015, 09:41:46 pm »

Been restored by PO probably 10+ years ago.
Since then largely unused. Excellent condition.
I bought it 5 years ago-been in storage till 6 months back.
Oil and fuel systems cleaned out, stuff adjusted.
She starts first kick and goes well!.
Not registered ever - no docs.
Currently on a mates farm near Mudgee NSW so it can be exercised.
Will bring it back to Sydney next month.
Comes with 2 fuel tanks - both alu polished - one is tiny peanut sized the other a bit bigger.
Expressions of interest around $9K.

Great BSA mate, but , Restored by the Post Office??
I may not agree with what you have to say, but I'll defend to the death your right to say it.

This looks like one of my old bikes, $9000 is stretching the wallet, good luck in getting it, $6000 to $6500 tops.

$9000 I would make him an offer, I only got 6500 for my 2 b50.

Like midnight oil sang...... Short memory must have a.......

Looks a nice original (other than the silencer and handle bar bits) bike to me. Worth every cent I reckon.

Your old bikes are usually a collection of parts with an unfinished project thrown in
