Yes, for that one! Not a bad bike. The last owners were the rough ones; looked like they were trying to trailride it and didn't try hard to look out for it but at least they didn't root it beyond salvation. Someone at an earlier stage in its life did use it for its intended purpose and had made several sensible mods and work-arounds for things which might not have been able to be sourced. Having to retro engineer the results of the last owners abuse
, I made the bike safe to ride, cleaned the carb, un-clogged the fuel tap and dealt with all the other crap that pops up, it started 3rd kick! The engine sounds tight and the thing is more sprightly than I remembered - nearly as good as the 97 JT250 Gasser I had for awhile (which was a bit toey!). Just have to convince GMC that he needs to fix the muffler..... Thanks for keeping my request in mind and letting me know about it. If I get excited about it, it will spruce up pretty well. Although it looks a bit tidier in the pics!
Now, if I can find the couple of bits it will be good.
