Hawkstone Park 1960.

Even though there's no commentary, this great old film of the Brian Stonebridge Memorial meeting at Hawkstone Pk in 1960 shows you that even then they dealt with whooped up tracks. The winner appears to be Brian Curtis ahead of Jeff Smith but I'm only going by the look of the riders at the presentation. I may be wrong about Curtis.
