3yrs,ppffftttt!,deal was, missus & the kids painted the front/rear of our house, i had to do the sides(higher= difficulty 6 outa 10 scale),11 yrs later we bailed on the kids, they repainted the lot (unpainted sides) 5yrs after we'd gone,so anyone beat 11yrs holding out ;D, :P

Jim the RT1 is basically ready to go, I just put the old daggy exhaust back on. I dont know what Yamaha it's off 'cos it doesn't fit the original brackets, but it seems to get of the mark better than the other one, (I like going for the hole shot)! The air cleaner situation using a bigger pod should work, the last one, due to coil ignition, had the end blown out 'cos I pulled it back on compression with the ignition on. BLAM! I just noticed oil dripping out of a fork leg needing attention.
It may end up ready before the slider. Cheers.

My project started and nearly ready for the TBC, can't wait. Engine built to AMA Masters vintage rules, the fast bits to fly with Colleen an I to the US in February. Will fit to our Knight over there to race in the first 3 rounds of the AMA Vintage Nats, in Georgia and Florida.
