I saw that on the news the other night Muzz.. might be touch and go to see if it is any cheaper..
Australia Post charges a base rate of $24.95 a parcel, with a weight rate of $5.95 per 500 grams...at least you will be able to get it out of the USA..unlike some sellers who won't post outside..

I see they list the postage rates based on 'cubic weight'
Don't just do your calculations based on actual weight

I use comgateway as my US address and they consolidate a bunch of packages to send at once. http://www.comgateway.com/2012/service-support-consolidation.do?l=en&c=AU
However, they also use the old volumetric trick.  I had about 6 packages sent there as the american sellers wanted 30-40 dollars each to send to Oz. With the consolidation it cost me 100 all up for the 6 packs to Oz.  Saved a bit and also i can get items that sellers wont send overseas as comgateway gives me an US address.  I have used them a few times and seems to work OK if you really need them.  Otherwise, its all become a scam and i just dont see why a decal set costs 40 US to post.  Somebody is making more money out of the post than the profits on the items being sent these days.
Cheers,
Alex
