Download Hola and change your IP address to USA then it works for me. You can clean all your cookies might help as well. If you dont understand me google it

If you can't get on and need to go through a proxy server just google that type in the web address done I can't get it on my computers for some reason but I can through a proxy site.

So if you do an office job you can use a proxy site to get past the blocked sites like face book and porn if you feel the need to look at that at work saves you needing a usb stick.
