Original Yamaha gear lever
« on: September 12, 2014, 09:13:51 pm »
If anyone out there has a YZ garage queen/pool room show girl, then this may be of interest to you.

I have an original one piece cast gear lever from a 77 YZ (part no. 1W4-18111-01) but will fit 79 model as well. It has a few little nicks but overall it has somehow miraculously survived all these years without getting snapped in half. I figure these are quite rare & only relavant to showroom/non-ride bikes.

I would keep it but I know it will just get busted at some stage so would rather it went to a new home where it was not at risk if kept indoors. Fits onto the yamaha 11mm or 12mm gear change shaft.

I have given it a little polish up & still has original fastening bolt. Would rather sell it via the forum if possible but if no takers then it goes onto the internet.

PM me for price, shipping or more details.

Hmmmm......oops, my bad, you are correct, thx.

Just took the number of the web & this was the superceded part number from 79 model that came up. Have corrected the add with the original part no. 1W4-18111-01 so it will fit both 77 & 79 models.
