Yesterday was absolutely fantastic. Excellent, loy-key organisation with some excellent racing.
Towing a rake behind the water truck is a brilliant move - as well as turning the water into the surface, it also kills off the ruts and stops the track becoming single-line.
Personally, I had a great day - the cheapy RM125D survived (and is a pretty good race bike), managed a couple of top-five places, and overtook a CR500 on a 1976 model 125.
Although blowing up the YZ125 at the exact same moment I got lapped was a bit ordinary...
(two events totally unrelated, BTW).
