Today's weather was kind, but the tracks although great fun, weren't always as kind! The local lads really pulled out all stops to create some sublime riding for those that made it to this event. The private property loop was extended and took about 30 minutes to complete. The rego-required bush track loop was rated very highly by those that rode it.
The start of the event was delayed so that some folks who forgot to wind their clocks forward an hour could make it!
Everyone who took part spoke highly of both loops, but sadly the course wasn't always kind to riders and bikes. Alex Waterhouse knocked himself around a bit after a dramatic high-side, and Alex Yeomanson also injured his foot. Get well soon guys.
Bikes weren't spared either with with Curtis Pullinger snapping a shock absorber, and John Hicks ruptured his fuel tank.
Specific thanks must go to Ross Hulls, Ray Anderson, Norm Watts, Ian Foster, Rachelle Wilkinson, and George & Barb Goddard.
Keep an eye out for the photos. Here's one of Drakie on his Jawa in the meantime...
