Your Very First Bike

Evening All, back in 1972 my old man bought me a very well used James, I flogged the arse out of it for a few years and sold it to a kid in the 1 horse town for $10.00 and moved onto many other bikes. Always wondered if he still had the bike and I tracked him down and yep, restored sitting in his garage. Mick said there is always only 1 person I would sell it too and that was me, so here it is after 40 something years and I have my 1st bike back and I've still got my very 1st girlfriend who has put up with my bike stuff for many years
I'm hoping the attached images work

That is awesome.
My first bike turned to ash in 2001, so I'm spared the stress of wondering where it is..

My first proper bike.
This was the first bike I ever rode, my father put this bike together for the Chimps in the Sole Bro's circus, mid 60's.

Bloody hell, Bill, a Bantam Bushman ! I put a few of those together when I worked at Bennett's in 1967, My very first bike was a M 21 BSA which I bashed along the Woranora bush tracks followed by a 1957 Triumph Thunderbird on the road.

Beautiful little James there Ken and in pride of place.
I also had a Bantam Bushman around 25 years ago, yet another bike I wish I'd never let go.
