I recently bought on evilbay a set of 1976 YZ forks , good price but US post made their yearly profit out of me . getting back to my gloat , the forks where in very good con even the air pods had minimal scratches But the gaiters were in excellent con even the brass vents all still in place . These gaiters are rocking horse poo to get and when they do come up on the evilbay its your first born as a deposit . Iain

Good score Iain, they are very rare. I have brand new air canisters for them and new rubbers that go over the canister. It's always good when a bargain is had.

If anyone has those rubber covers at a affordable price let me know , I just cant justify the cost when I have seen them up for grabs. I have never had any on my X and I was the second owner in 78
