Honda 1982 / 1983 CR250 carbs
« on: June 27, 2014, 05:11:21 pm »
Has anyone out there got the specs on the std carbi's for the '82 & '83 CR250's? Std jet sizes, slide number, settings etc?

Also, if a new carbi is needed, is it better & Pre 85 legal to move from round & go to a flat slide??? If so, then std Keihin or go to Mikuni? Which is best???

hmmmm.......just got home & still no reply  :o

OK, so maybe a good bottle of SA Barossa, Clare Valley or McClaren Vale shiraz should be on offer if someone can help out here??? Of course it will ony be handed over at a mutually convenient race meeting somewhere, sometime & to be shared  ;D

Can't believe I have to lure the Honda knowledge out of the forum (like a yabbie from it's hole with a piece of rank lamb) via an alcoholic incentive but so be it & of course first neatest, correct entry wins  ;)
