Digiddave rides again.

Our buddy Digiddave is up to his old tricks  ::). At least he has a make an offer option  ;D ;D

He has a 100% positive feedback score on eBay with 6828 transactions. Lots of best offers were accepted. Maybe I am a tough marker? Or is something dodgey in the land of eBay.... :o

His Maico stuff is real cheap too. This head stay is even more of a bargain with the reduced "sale" price......... not.

I've only had dealings with this guy once. Yep his original prices were over the top to say the least.I emailed him with an offer that I thought was reasonable for the parts I was after and he accepted.Obviously he's hoping that there is a stooge out there that will just fork out the money. Never hurts to ask!

True, but that is not the point of Lewis's post, nor mine.
I scored an absolute perfect complete set of Square barrel forks from this seller.

He had resisted them several times. I did what Lewis did.
I got them for $150 and only $91 post. Very well packed as well. Only because I kept emailing, till he relented, in what may have been just a weak money needing moment, who knows :o 8)

I have got some good deals from him as well.Just as he starts with ridiculously high prices, start offering him super low prices, generally you keep exchanging prices till you come up with a price which is acceptable to both.
Its a strange way to go about it for sure but the end result can be a bargain.
