XT tank

       Can any one tell me if a 80 to 83 XT 250 Tank will fit on a

       80. 83  TT 250 Please..

No it won't, the mounts interfere with the bottom of the tank. I have seen some TT's fitted with an early (76?) YZ100/125 alloy tank.

what about a yz250g/h or even a 125g/h tank as they have a similar frame/shock setup

no the yz tank is shorter in length

I sold my TT250 project to Xtrememotorbikes in Perth and there was a spare tank in amongst the spares that went with it, they may be willing to part with it.
