Why would you bother buying overseas when you can support a local buisness .

GMC products are world class and made in Australia , i dont know what gauge steel Geoff uses but his pipes not only work well , fit well , look good, they are bloody strong . In the unlikley event your not happy , the manufacturer is local , speaks a form of English and is very happy to listen and will modify pipes to your requirements . You are buying direct from the factory ( well casa del Morris ) so no middleman clipping the ticket and bullshiting you that its the suppliers fault .

I have fitted GMC pipes to RM 125B , RM 250 B, RM 370B, YZ 125A , MX 125C, RM 400N and will soon get a couple of KX ones .

His YZ 125A pipe is without doubt the bigest performance mod you can fit to any YZ , MX, DT 125 / 175 twinshocker when coupled with a 34mm  carb and if you want a GMC air box .

Its only old bike racing FFS get over yourselves

His second gen. exhaust system for the 125 B is the secret to these things making power.

Contrary to the Neville who lives north of civilisation belief that he R&D it.

I agree with buying local ..unfortunately GMC does not make the RM250Z pipe or I would of purchased today.

Bear has the ProForm for my 400N

If all else fails I will have to go for the DG pipe, the original fitted has split the seam and waver thin

Cheers

1.2mm actually, and yes thicker than most of the stamped chambers

That is relevant to how much Bourbon happens to be in the bloodstream at the time ;D

No I haven't jigged that one yet.
I can do one but you would have to bring your bike in so I could jig from it.

Hmmm, 2000km is a little far to travel to drop it over...

Anyone around Geoff's area got a YZ125K they could loan him to jig one from?

If it would help anyone I'd be happy to forward a pipe from here in the US
I can write any cost you like on the shipping form however if it had gotten lost or damaged in shipment the shipper will only cover what amount that was claimed.
Someone needs to make vintage pipes. There is clearly a market for them

I need a whole bike to be able to set up properly, jigging from a chamber is a bit hit & miss.
Get the clearance to tight and it won't fit on because it hits on something, get the clearance too loose and it's hanging out in the breeze where it can get damaged easily or just looks shit.

Donor bike doesn't need to be running, it just needs everything where the pipe runs: head, airbox, front guard, fuel tank, original fitting muffler, sidecover and radiators if applicable.
