Torsten Hallman Bike?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Husqvarna-250-1970-husqvarna-250-raced-by-torsten-hallman-in-interam-race-series-/301125446725?forcerrptr=true&hash=item461c79ac45&item=301125446725&pt=US_motorcycles

It amazes me how little effort some people put into marketing a bike they put a $18k buy it now on. Two very ordinary photos and a document that hides the frame number of the bike.

Why do people obscure the frame number on these documents? I have seen this done frequently for these original invoices ....maybe it's always been the same seller, can't remember. Do they think the bikes address can be tracked from the frame number after 44 years  ::)

Guess he figures anyone who is genuine will contact him direct and get much more detailed photos and provenance proof.  Anyway good luck to both seller and buyer....neither being myself of course :P

So that someone doesn't copy the frame number and claim they have an original Hallman bike..

Anyone can claim anything they like. It's providing the proof that matters. If you are going to forge a document you don't need the frame number of this bike anyway. You would use the frame number of the bike you do have. I am still puzzled..... :P
