Track address is

2023 Old Maitland Road Cessnock NSW 2325

The flyer includes a map or is it too small to see detail?

Getting closer
Have you joined the club? if not your number will be up for grabs end of this month and we don't not want to deal with the paper work on race day. Please get you membership form in today.

Have you entered? if not it will cost you extra on the day. Please get your entry in.

Also please remember to have the proper number plate colours on your bike along with the era letters on the front.

OK I have my rear spocket/chain gaurds in place but I wasn't aware of the era letter requirement as it hasn't been enforced in previous years. Will the scrutineers require the letter on all 3 number plates per last years MOMS or just the front (assume the reg has changed this year).

would prefer the letter on all three plates but just the front as a minimum. It makes it so much easier on the grid for the marshalls to easily identify odd bikes out if you know what I mean.

It was encouraged last year with the understanding it would be required for this year.

Haven't raced with Heaven since 2006 and I'm thinking about rejoining this year, so I don't know what the era letters for the numberplates are. Any place I can find out?

Race numbers must be clearly displayed on three (3) number plates or as otherwise
stated in the GCR.
The ERA letter set out below must also be displayed

Number plates must be presented in the following
colours:
As perGCR requirements.
125ccBlack background with white numbers
250ccGreen background with white numbers
>263ccYellow background with black numbers

At least the front number plate of each bike shall have
the followingletters as per the GCR

50mm high on the leftof the number plate in the same colours as the number.

Pre65 N

Pre75  X

EVO   E

Pre70  H

Pre78  Z

Thanks Noel 8)

Early bird $60 entry fee closes this Friday. After that entry goes to the $70 full fee and $80 on the day (except new members who are welcomed anytime even on the day).

It makes it so much easier for the pre-meeting stuff if entries are in by this Friday so please 'extractum the digitum' :P ;D

Already shaping up as a big meeting.
