Helmet Peaks
« on: June 13, 2008, 01:15:30 pm »
I fell off of my XT500 during an event the other weekend and broke the Hallman drop side peak (broke my helmet as well) that I have been using on my open faced helmets for the past 25years.  I have tried to see if I could get a new similar style peak at a couple of bike shops in Adelaide and been looked at like I was some kind of weirdo!

Does anyone know if any one still make / sell the classic style drop side peak?

Show us a piccy of what you mean Col. I've got a number of old school peaks and if I've got what you need it's yours.

Thanks for the offer Friko.  A mate who I was speaking too over the week end is sending me a "new" peak from one of his old helmets, so I should be happy until the next time my head hits the ground.
