RH airbox
« on: February 04, 2014, 08:06:03 pm »
I am after an OEM 74 model RH 250 airbox, and a countershaft sprocket cover. I probably won't get overwhelmed with offers but I do have other RH parts to swap/ trade or cash. Thanks.

Very much doubt you'll get your hands on a OEM air box but you can get a very good fibreglass replica which I have for mine.

Bill,Yep the sprocket cover goes on, but only two of the three bolt holes lined up from memory and they are a different shape.
Johnny it came with a glass airbox which is very nice but would like a stock one. I haven't painted mine yet but it would look a lot better black.
Maybe a lot of them were hacked when people did the layed down shock mod to them.
I am in trouble SON if you are after one as well!

There weren't many 74 RH's around so finding a genuine airbox is a big ask..
Plenty more 75 RH's but different airbox.

SON, Suzuki 59, aka Tubby Taylor, should be able to help you with getting a fibreglass copy.
It is a big ask but no hurry.

Made my own moulds ..... Plugs are to RHS

Accepts 76 / 77 rear guards.... refer  lower mould section that seals guard to air box.
