Going by the blue motor and the fact Yamaha built there YZM500 with an alloy frame, I'd say mid to late 80's....love the welded up kickstart lever to clear the frame. Still has a steel subframe. 8)

Looks like an LT500 Quadzilla engine, looks like it was in the All Japan mx series going on the Kyosho sponsorship(RC cars boats planes)

I'll say 86ish 250. Be good to take it for a spin on a nice grass track. Gotta love the effort put into it.

I would guess 250 also, and Japanese championship.

Would be cool to see with seat and shrouds on, looks to be a shroud-bracket on the pipe..

If it was a 500 I wouldn't think Suzuki would use a Quadzilla engine in a factorybike, as they already had a couple watercooled factory RM500's in the GP's.
