Is that for dirt track? That addition of a programmable ignition will really make it fly if it is. Have the latest 250 National Superkart pipe specs  ;)

I'm in the same boat, GMC will do a great job but may need the bike. I saw on gumtree there is a mob called tiger racing based on the gold coast doing computer designed stainless down pipes for RG/RD's so they might be worth talking to.

Erm how could anyone build a pipe and make it fit without the bike(I've tried it and it doesn't work very well)?. TYGA Performance are based in Pattaya Beach in Thailand. Ultimate Choppers are just a reseller.

That's tyga sorted then thanks Lozza. Was just saying for me getting a bike to the Gold Coast is a more feasible option than two trips to gmc country

How long would one take to build Lozza if the bike is needed that's no dramas I wouldn't like to make it without the bike at hand either if I knew what I was doin  ;) and yeah it's for dirt track to got it off a mate for a good price only done 10 hrs since new I got a 250 4stroke same yr but goin back to 2 strokes in modern I need something g with some sting to keep up with the whippets in the lites  ;D

What would be the modern two stroke bike of choice? Ruling out ktm and taking into account the lack of development of the yz from 2006.

What capacity? Does it have to fit any historic era? Intended use?

YZ looks like it went backwards in developement not forwards since about 1995, KTM changed the head shape for 2014 and dumbed the peak power down and pumped the mid range up.

250cc mid 90's onwards used specifically for dirt track with the odd sand race.
