CCM Modern not VMX

Since I am now a YAMAHA dealer as well as Suzuki I have decided to clear a few bikes to make some room.
CCM 404 less that 50 Kim's from new,
KTM  based frame powered by SUZUKI DRZ400 engine
A new DRZ is $8k

I think we brought in 5 in total, 2 x R30 Supermotards and 3 x MX/trail versions.  I think the one I was riding went to A1 Motorcycles.

Unsure of what coulor scheme GBs of Newcastle(islington main straight) are,
But, CCM still run some quality components, that's for sure.

Bummer! would be a good work commuter and weekend fun bike. Don't know why these didn't take the world by storm considering everyone that buys a DRZ400 spends money on them to get to the a similar standard but effectively are still riding an agg bike. I might be wrong but the frames look the same as the ccm FT35 and the swing arm the same as a ktm, maybe even a modern ktm swing arm would fit if you were chasing the modern bling thing?

It would have been an economical commuter/short track practice bike.

They were too expensive in the day, plus people that bought DR400's had never heard of a CCM.  I was the Service Manager for the importer, I rode one at Frankston track nearly every weekend, no one knew what it was.

Bultaco Metralla, Matador MK 5, Montadero mk2, El Bandido model 18,plus lots of bits and two Honda XR's 250,350.

NOPE !!!  These are DRZ400 engines in British made frame with Whitepower suspension front & rear.
