Looks like I have this Forking thing as well, I noticed a sore throttle hand/wrist when on my roadie after only half an hours riding holding a steady throttle,pins & needles in bed at night,no grip strength etc,etc, I now realise it has been affecting my dirt biking not being able to stay out on the track for too long,Crap

Anybody know of some good exercises/stretches etc to stave off the inevitable carve up for as long as possible

Had my right wrist done about 6 months ago, was riding in 4 days, no more pins & needles, love it!

does your finger lock over if you clench your fist hard? ive got this weird shit happening from my elbow down my forearm which results in my ring finger locking closed...its a bit of a pissof as its like a bad cramp! must see a quack.... f&ck getting old! ate a box of cheese shapes and got gout in my ankle!! couldn't walk for two days jeees

that sounds like "trigger finger" husky,mate i play tennis with has that problem too,smallest finger cramps up & won't release,think his doc suggested cutting something, he wasn't keen on getting it done (so far),

I've had a "trigger finger" fixed Frank. It's a simple day surgery thing where they release the tendon which is getting caught on something where it runs.. A small nip in your hand & it's all good. I'm really glad I got mine done, even though it wasn't a huge problem it was very annoying having to flick my finger open all the time. Not a bad party trick though.
