Oh Crap, I thought he was talking about the kickstart shaft being broken not the kick lever.  Sorry.  I still use the H kick lever.  It works well (if you are able to get your right knee.

Best go and retrieve that lever you tossed over your shoulder  :o

LOL , I actually as the  shaft not the kicker  ;)

So to reiterate,,,yz250H shaft & kicker ?

or yz250H shaft , it490 kicker ?

Having a tuff time finding a billet clutch basket , patience will win out I guess..

If anyone has a complete 83-85 yz490 clutch with crank gear I`d be very keen  ;)

YZ250K shaft with YZ250/465 kick lever combination works very well for me.  If you are starting it without something to stand on you will need to practice putiing your right knee under your right armpit  :o :o

Glad we got that sorted out  ???
