Trickit fork kit

I had one of these kits in my CZ back in the early vintage days but to be honest I didn't notice much of an improvement. I bought this mainly because I collect aftermarket gizmo's from the pre 75 era but I'd like to fit it to a pair of DT1 forks......anyone had any experience with them in either Yamaha or any other forks? I seem to remember a kit like that in the early 1970s that included a spacer that extended the length of the damper rod, or maybe it had longer damper rods mmm... memory fade issue here
Yes I'm not surprised that the early 1970s Yamaha Suzuki Kawasaki forks would use the same fork kit. I've been comparing Ty250 and KT250 forks lately and they are obviously made in the same (KYB) factory, but do differ in details like the arrangement of the damping holes in the rods. The KT has four smallish compression holes where the TY has two 6mm compression holes. The KT has a single rebound hole and the TY has two about the same size as the KT hole in each rod.

When it arrives I'll do that John...........Oh, wait a minute, I've got a CZ kit here somewhere, I'll dig it out and scan it....I think the instructions and concept would be pretty much the same.
