Suggestions for toilets in the pits?
« on: September 04, 2013, 09:56:20 pm »
Hey Guy's,  with visitors to 'VMX Park', we don't have any toilets (plenty of trees lol), any idea's on what I could supply in the short term for ladies that may visit?  Or anyone got any contacts for portable jobs?

Or if you have some spare cash one of these aren't bad value if you intend to spend a fair bit of time up there.

I'm pretty sure the shire won't like anything that does not have a septic if it's going into the ground. Sheep, cattle, roos and any other animal you can think can crap wherever they want, but oh no, not us humans  ???

Good that your doing a track ,the council will tell you what to do because they will be there to check what you do so do it how they want it then no worries. We have found this out with our track at Conondale.

Mate, just get a worksite/builders dunny. They are transportable and you get them pumped out when req. Should be able to get a second hand one.

Best you consult with your council first ..... because they will come and check you out once they know what's happening on your land ;)
Then they will most probably quote you this.

Alter and Operate a System of On-site Sewage Management” under Section 68 of the Environmental
Planning & Assessment Act 1979, Local Government Act 1993
