:D :D Tony,  I grew up in a motorcycle club where I was the odd one out on a solo ;D We had a number of great sidecar teams that were all very helpful guys even to us solo riders.

Stan.

Shelpi what do you have the bracing arm (the mind has forgotten it's correct title..) on the twin leader attached to? It should be back to the down tubes not on the shock bolt or lower swinging arm. If mounted in those positions when you apply the brake the front end will rise up with the transfer of the forces. Not good for the handling. I made that mistake on an earlier front end and it was pointed out to me, the fella bodged up a new STAY at the track for us, out of his spare bits and pieces in his trailer and fitted it up in the correct place. Made a huge difference. Perhaps it is in the correct spot but not visible in the photo.

Here is what I am bunging on about.  The stay on front brake goes back to the down tube. Naturally it is a floating fit, not solid.

Yes that's it the ....stay..... ::)
Good grief post number 3000... I got ta grow up....

I may not agree with what you have to say, but I'll defend to the death your right to say it.

Yep thats exactly what happened the first time we put the front brake on (and it hadnt even got out of the shed) we was in a curry in a hurry and had to go with it, :o got used to it plus no time to change always something makeing me freak out man, but in my opinion I think your front wheel likes it  :-X we have all the correct mounting specs but it will be an off season job ::) or maybe its now how we like it ;) 8) actualy I think it helps :o ??? :P :-X

Ahhh look at the cars in the car park.   Some are called Australian  Ford Falcons, new ones are about to join the Tasmanian dodo dinosaurs  :(

I give up Alison, Where are the Wally's on sidecars????  No32 maybe?
