What drainage ;D I could never figure out why one of ya's didn't pipe up when they were going to build a dam at Dungog,,,we could of made a fortune by sub-leasing the grass-track to the Hunter water corp.

Not whinging, just joking :) I absolutely dig that Grass Track and love seeing it wet 8) anything beats dust ;) heaps of different types of dirt on it, all different grades of tractability and one corner like grease, Love it. Wet is good.

A wise old man once told me, stop always pushing against the grain Michael, it is much easier to go with the flow. So,,,,Clockwise is good 8)

Unfortunately due to an ever worsening family health situation I can only come up for Sunday's part of the event and will have to leave the bikes at home. Pissed off? You betcha but it's the corner I now find my self painted into.

Dont feel bad Firko, set your sights firmly on the third leg at Canowindra. You have seven weeks. And call it doable. Add one extra push up a day, if that's your thing. I am covered in bruises(middle ear infection). but I am adding 2k's everyday to Benny Hill, just daudalling along, but getting my balance back quickly.

I think it was one of the aviation Wright brothers who said

It's not me Mick...I'm as good as I've been in yonks and reasonably hot to trot, as are the bikes. It's my old mum who's not doing too well. http://forum.ozvmx.com/index.php?topic=26686.msg299041#msg299041 explains the situation. As her primary carer I have to make sure she gets respite care if I go away and as she's taken another health turn I've had to cancel the respite as she's too wobbly to be away in a strange place, even for the five day minimum I can get her in for.....It shits me no end but unfortunately a mans got to do what a mans got to do. I only hope I can still get to CD10 and the Nats.

First things first Firko, you got to do what you got to do. You can hold your head high there. You can also hold it high with the amount of help, encouragement and assistance you have given towards breathing a breath of fresh air back into the pre-65 class in the NSW Heaven club.

It is a great thing what Srivo, the committee and a few very hard working members have achieved, and I am sure that we are all grateful for their efforts and your assistance as well.

The Club has built an awesome foundation for 2014.

Good luck with mum Firko.

Does the Ballarat bloke know of your wifes health problems Paul? If he knows your situation and he's still giving you grief that's even lower than I thought he was capable of. There's something psychologically wrong with the bloke. I hope your wife can steadily improve Paul. My old mate Phil Young had almost half of his brain removed in 1978 or so after being given 6 months to live with a malignant tumor. He's still going strong 35 years later and still contributes to our sport as an entrant with his rapid Phantoms and as the most knowledgeable bloke on OSSA's in the land. We all love the old bugger.

I hope your mum comes out the other side of treatment OK Neil. With your dad passing on and now this it's been a shitty year for you mate. My old mum's actually in pretty good health, the problem is that he's skinned both of her shins and her heal and they've become infected because of the lack of blood flow to her extremes. At 94 she can't move around too much at present and I thought she'd be OK for respite but her doctor knocked it back as she needs daily treatment putting an end to my hopes of a weekend away with the bikes and mates. I've also had to cancel attending me ex partners surprise 60th birthday party in California in a fortnight. I'm the only close family mum's got left now so it's my job to make sure she's looked after.....it's sometimes annoying because I can't get away as much as I once did but the rewards more often than not outweigh the disappointments. I'm sure you blokes know what I'm talking about.

Eric the local Lion's Club have their catering Van there both days from Saturday morning until after lunch Sunday

There is a baked dinner on Saturday night after the presentation which you needed to order on your entry form but if you drop me a line confirming your order ASAP I can reserve a meal for you.
