Nice work. The fibre-something ones that pop up on US ebay are usually warped- don't seal etc. The OEM items regularly go for $300 and up.

Thanks suzuki27, hope they sell as have invested a lot of money onto it. Only sold one after five days on ebay so a bit slow. Suzuki tm250 sprocket covers will be next if these start selling.

Hi,

could you do a short clip on utube showing the features and benefits of your replacement cover ?

Perhaps show your cover and an original cover and use a vernier caliper to demonstrate how accurate to original specs your repo cover is.

Getting known as a quality replacement part will be the tough part at the start.
