I have a set from Vintage and they are close in colour to NOS side covers , then again getting the tank exact is another story .

Vintage Suzuki colour is good.
You'll find it hard to get the tank to be a perfect match.
It's called metamerism.
I matched my own paint when I worked at Ameron Paints and called it Aspen Yellow in Caprithane two pack.

The Dodge and myself found the best way is pick any guard so long as it is the correct shape and have the tank and guards all painted at once in the same colour then stick to this same yellow on all the other tm's and early RM's. When all the bikes at Zooki Central are lined up they are identical colour  8) makes others wonder if maybe the others are all wrong ;D  This saves matching anything and it means you can buy all those orange, red, yellow, silver or green genuine nos items listed cheaper than the repro items. I scored an orange genuine TM front guard from Thailand for about $15 and under $30 all up landed here to my door but that was a bargain that I've not seen since. For the rears we use the MCS accessory jobs as they are pretty much identical to genuine TM costing a fraction of the price and available locally. As for painting the plastics and inner rears, after 18 months of use they still all look good with a high gloss with next to no scratching or chipping. Trick is to use real automotive finish in acrylic or 2 pack and decent splash of clear ;)

freaky inners rears are sometimes on ePay but otherwise vintage zook. All mine are cheapy used items just resprayed. Last one was $14 listed as a TS185 inner rear. They don't normally suffer the damage the rear part does ;)

Halo, you have to order MCS(Motorcycle Specialities) parts through a deal. The number for the rear guard is  MG5Y the suffix Y means yellow and the yellow seem the hardest to get MG5 but they are available in white and red also. The colour for the paint I don't know sorry. The colour of all out RM's and TM's is pearl yellow. The shades do vary between the RM and TM but not with ours ;) The paint is done by a pro who manages to get old stuff looking new or better. I am not sure of the paint he uses but but I assume it's acrylic enamal of the automotive finiss type. I personally have painted plastics before using Parts Plus or power Plus or whatever the brand is. No primer but loads on light misty coats allowing it to flash off in between. If she looks pretty good after a few coats then don't touch it or sand it what-so-ever but a few coats of clear and the results will be beautiful.  :) Here is the MSC guard painted in pearl yellow. Doesn't look so far removed from the original color but in the sun it looks extra nice ;)

Any decent shop should be able to order them Halo. Maybe try a Yamaha shop as they may have a white one in stock already. If you ask specifically for the MCS MG5 rear they should be able to order it. Their head office is only over at Richlands but they are definately wholesale only  ;) shouldn't be any more than about $30. If you look closely at the trailing rear edge of my guard you'll see it was originally red underneath. That paint has been there for about 2 years and a dozen or so rides and that chipped paint is only from me packing things too close in the garage.
