The "Wheeler n Dealer" article VMX Mag????
« on: June 25, 2013, 05:56:26 pm »
I was chatting to a few at an event over the weekend and someone brought up an article that apparently Drakie once wrote for VMX mag?? The content of which i am lead to believe is a lot about the buyers n sellers of this scene, thoughts opinions of such etc etc. If someone has the article accessible could it be posted up for me and other that didn't see it at the time?? Or if posting pages of VMX Mag is considered not Kosher then just a heads up of what issue i could find it in would be great  :)

Cheers, Brendan

It's not about wheeler-dealers, it's about The wheeler-dealer.

It was ages ago.
The good thing about telling the truth is that you don't have to remember what you said.

Ahhhh ok, i didn't realise the article was aimed squarely at a particular individual. I got the impression it was about that kind of folk in general, i will dig it up and have a glance at it someday. I wouldn't have even asked had i known i was opening the door for another little hang some jovial shit in Dave session  ::), both Drakie and Dave have never been anything but polite, courteous and helpful to me so I'm sorry i brought it up. Mr CanAM is correct... this scene is full of different, peculiar, eccentric and wonderful people and it's great that there's a place in it for all of them  :)

You guys have the memory retention of a gold fish in a gold fish bowl. Oh look a new rock, spins around, oh look a new rock. Do a deal that requires money then we'll see. Characters are one thing...
