Plenty of H20 in the tap, think of the money you will get for scrap,
Suddenly at 4.30 this arvo there was no longer any H20 in our taps.
How much per kilo do they pay for rust nowadays
You sure you haven't upset another customer Geoff.....they look more like bullet holes. . Talking about putting jobs off, now that I'm off crook, my missus reckons I can do all these jobs around home...on my crutches of course....they never give up do they.
Don’t they know that bullets will just put my schedule further behind.
Just give up on the hypochondriac stuff and go back to work, you will get more rest there.
Ha, you forgot to calculate the weight of that farkin brick you put on top of the tank didn`t ya. Big mistake that one Geoff.
There was actually a large plank on top of the tank, you can just see it in the top photo along with the crowbar next to the tank.
They ended up down the paddock (It’s now near the chook shed
), glad I wasn’t next to it when it let go, 10,000 litres has some force behind it, I have a tiny inkling now of what Japan went through.
It was only last week that I was standing next to it tapping it with my knuckles to see how full it was
I heard the bang from the workshop but didn’t pay much attention to it as we often hear explosions from Pucka.
Noticed a lot of birds squawking at the time though which did strike me as odd, then my son came to tell me the bad news
It was probably a finch or something that landed on the tank that tipped it over the edge.
