Very happy with my new exhaust
« on: May 28, 2013, 04:25:12 pm »
Went and picked up my IT 175 G today as Geoff Morris had just made and fitted one of his pipes and I am that happy with it I am going to be taking one of my KDX 250's there in a few weeks time  :)

Cheers Mick.

Ps. Thank you for picking up those KDX parts for me at Tallarook Vinduro.

Pipe looks great  8) but that old prick leaning on the truck is spoiling the shot  ::)

Seriously though as well as looking a shit load nicer than the original it looks way less restricted than the original , which if I remember correctly was as flat as a plate of warm piss through the guts  ::)

Over the last 20 yrs or so I have tried all different aftermarket chambers on all different bikes  ::) and without exception the pipe that made the biggest performance gain by a country mile is Geoffs Pipe for a YZ 125A  ;D

I have had it on a YZ 125A obviously , MX 125A , DT 125 A , DT 175A and am currently adjusting the arse end of it to fit an MX 125C  ;D

If that exhaust were mine I'd have it gold plated and mounted over the fireplace

Mick forgot to tell me to say cheese.
No seriously, after having welded a couple of thousand pipes that’s about as much as I smile. :)

Ha, good line. It was no drama Mick, probably could have sold them for you too as there were a few guys hovering over them while they were sitting next to the car.
