Urgent help to ID a Bultaco

Can anyone help me with the ID of a Bultaco roller I have come across.  The chassis number is PB-13501421

Thanks Mark.  I know very little about Bulty's but I would assume this bike is not eligible for pre 75?

In past years the Mk 8 250 Pursang has had it's own RM-B swingarm style controversy over its eligibity for the pre 75 class. It all stems from the Mk8's being released to the public in late 1974 which many think is enough to allow them into pre 75. The fly in the ointment of that argument is that the factory themselves designate the Mk8 as a 1975 model and our rulebook calls for "up to the 1974 model, the only exception being models that remain unaltered after that date". While the Mk 8 is pretty damn close to the '74 model there are enough differences to exclude them.

Having said that they're officially ilegal, many MK 8 Pursangs retrofitted with Mk 7 swing arms and rear wheels have been raced without any problems in pre '75 since day one of VMX racing. While scrutineers might turn their heads and let them through, anyone protesting would probably win the protest. I personally don't give a rats arse whether a Mk 8 250 fitted with the correct parts races. The Mk 8 360 is a very different bike to it's Mk7 brother and should never be allowed....and hasn't.

The first 3 numbers (135) of the chassis number give the model number. So this is yours:

The MK8 also had more travel at the front, i put MK8 dampiers in MK7 giving it 8 inches of travel with a lot of flex.
