Seat Foam for YZ400D

I've been looking to replace the cut down seat on my YZ400D and wanted to know if anyone has any experience with the ones purchased from "the seat factory" on ebay AND/OR the ones sold by Les at VMX Unlimited.

Neither are cheap (at $100 each just for a seat foam??) so was looking for some or any feedback before spending the money.

Have purchased a couple from Les (VMX unlimted) and both perfect fit. They are properly molded foams so there is a little work in them and I cannot see that the demand would be massive so unit price goes up. The major cost is setup so the number produced is critical.

i got one of les at vmx unlimited for my 400d,it fitted straight on with no hassles except for finding a cover to fit which after 4 attempts was sorted,i think they a firmer than the original foam and feels a touch taller which suits me fine,i also put one on my 125d and it was a good fit also.

I got a tall seat and cover from these guys http://ceetracing.com/en/ for a '87 cr 250, they didn't have one listed, but just shot them an email and hey presto. cost about $120 for foam and cover delivered.

I have purchased 2 sets from CEET now and very happy with both, good quality in both foam and cover, actually just got one in the mail today for my RM 500.

Hey Craig,
I got my seat foam for the YZ250C from Les, ( VMX Unlimited ). He actually gets them from Speed N Sport in USA. My foam needed a small piece removed from the lower front area to allow for the front seat bracket to fit, prior to fitting the seat cover. The foam is a lot firmer than the previous one I had.
