Mystery Dirt track frame on vft.org

No idea what brand this frame is (Champion perhaps) or what it's built to house but it looks pretty good for a lousy 500 bucks. It's very well made and those Barnes style wheels are worth the money alone. Can anyone identify it...SON, Freaky?

Nickel plated frame, Akront wheels, knock off hubs, & front end.  Frame & wheels need a good cleaning. Lexington,  KY

Price: $500
