Hey Jurado, have you ever tried to fit the 90 model pipe to your 91 model.
Just want to be sure this pipe will fit a 91
Sending a pipe half way around the world to find out there is some small detail that stops the pipe fitting causes grief for both me and the buyer.

And Crabman, I had a look at your bike but you didn't have a left hand view. Does your 91 have the lowboy pipe like the other 91 pictured here?

Seeing as Geoff started the topic I guess it's not a hijack

I received the B pipe today. Just had to cut 30 mm off the stinger and it bolted up perfectly. All the clearances are spot on and it looks fuc.ing awesome. Thanks bud.

Not tried that yet, but I guess the pipe fins to secure pipe to bike frame might have to be adjusted slightly. But I will try it soon , since I recently bought one of them and, one I chrome it, I want to put it in my 90´s 500.

Man that sucks, you had them looking really good too.
I feel for you.

So far that is the only KTM 500 pipe I have made and it is different to most other pipes I have made in that it has that extra header section that curves backwards on the right hand side.
That pipe should stand out if this bike ever sees daylight.
