Nice way to scrub off speed - use your handlebar and peg! :o

When I was 15 I could do that on my old full size pushie (20yrs pre BMX), pity I never tried on my dirt bike!

Johnny is a good kid
he was very helpful to Tom Edwards during his trip to the US

That's pretty cool too. I'd like to try one of those Yank flattrackers around Canberra, wonder how well those tyres would hook up on deco?

I do see a return to 19s
Thanks to Troy Bayliss bringing Oz Dirttrack into the 21st century, more of the ex Dirttrackers returning to their roots to play, the ability of the 19 fronts to hang on or recover better than knobs or 21"ers, for some tracks they will require grooving, for others just some simple cutting,

Personally I'd love to see it. I raced in the 80s on oiled dirt and EVERYONE ran 19/18 combos with Carlisles or wet weather tyres. Even in the early 80s I had a 19 on the front of my RM250.


So to me, a dirt track bike is lowered with fat tyres, like a motard. I can't quite identify with the modern situation of 21" fronts...
