The Aussie Post online calculator has always been pretty accurate and it's telling me $45.00 to your place! 
I'll double check at the P.O. in the morning, but that sounds pretty bloody expensive.

Yeah it does sound exxy.  What I have found with Aust Post is that if it's not in a square carton, they can't "cube it" and therefore it's much cheaper.  So if the tank was packed in bubblewrap and was an unusual shape, it would be cheaper to post.

Kerri, Suzi PE ,DR, TS. ER TC,TM, RM, SP tanks come only in plastic or rusted out, seam split steel.  RL tanks appear to be a grave anomaly. Cheers Tim754

The first PE (250B) came out with this tank and they also did later in the UK.
