Heh, now that's a wild rig. I've seen a few of those, I think there's a couple racing here in Oz.

I love the CAUTION notice...

Nice bike that one, it doesn't look all out of place like many of these bikes do. I think the swingarm's off a KLX 250 Kawasaki Walter, not a KDX and the rear wheel is XT/TT Yamaha (so's the front).
The framework's really well done, makes the bike much slimmer and presumably lighter.

No, that tank's from an MX250/400 B, the HL uses YZ125 X tanks. The 250/400 tank is getting hard to find however.

Seige's XS650 above ,wondering which class it could be raced in Australia?
Do like the XS off road/race hybrids I have seen and really like fact that they all seem to be being ridden! Tim754

I reckon it'd fit into our Evo or with a different swingarm pre 78 or even pre 75 depending on the engine #.

The only projects I see me doing on the VMX stage now, is either a hybrid XS650 (Need just about all :( ) or CB754 solo (not to short on parts... ;) or another CB500 solo like the one I built 15 years ago but lost in a fire.

Need to get rid of the flat slide carby as well.
